MIA to Boca (miatoboca.com) is a chauffeured transfer service operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA, as part of the TwelveTransfers network. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or book a transfer, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or book a transfer, we collect the information needed to perform the service: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, flight number, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, and any notes you add to the booking (for example a gatehouse contact or a child seat request).

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

We also collect limited technical data when you browse the site, such as pages visited and general device information, used only to keep the site working well.

How we use your information

Booking information is used to operate your transfer: dispatching the vehicle, tracking your flight, coordinating community gate access where you request it, contacting you about pickup details, and issuing receipts. We may send service messages related to a booking; we do not send marketing to clients who have not asked for it.

We do not sell personal information. Booking details are shared only with the chauffeur assigned to your trip and the operational systems needed to complete it.

Data retention and security

Booking records are retained for as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized. Access to booking data is limited to staff who need it to run the service, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Contact us at bookings@miatoboca.com and we will respond promptly.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for core functionality, such as carrying your quote details from the homepage into the booking form. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
